![]() ![]() So easy enough to have a database for the document you are working on, stored in the same folder so you can copy both from one machine to another. You can have as many databases as you like and store them where you like, or you could when I was using it. Jabref stores your references in its own database which can be easily copied between computers. I would use something like Jabref with the openoffice plugin. But this way is rather specific and not standart - not auto renumbering, for example. One more way in addition to JabRef and others is to use once "Insert -> Cross refference -> Set reference" for an item in your literature or else list and then in text use "Insert -> Cross refference -> Insert reference" for creating references. Is there a convenient way to organise bibliography list in a text document under active development? When not all entries are referenced, when changes in text and bibliography occurs often and they are not predictable? In my document list of cited literature should be "glued" with document, should be transferred with document as easily, as pressing of Ctrl+S. I found a way to transfer whole database, but the way is unacceptably complex. This is acceptable for finished work, but mine is not. ![]() But not referenced entries will stay in the database on "previous" computer, will not be transferred. Already referenced items will be copied from database into document, will be stored inside document and transfrred with it. How to delete unnecessary entries from biblio-list stored only inside document?Ģ) When I try to use Bibliography database and tool, I can not find a simple way to transfer between computers my _full_ bibliography. In final version of inserted bibliography list I'll get all unnecesary entries. In LibreOffice 3.3.4 on Ubuntu (several versions) I may use from menu "Insert - Indexes and Tables - Bibliography entry".ġ) When I try to save biblio-entries inside document - I can not find a way how to later delete unnecessary entries from bibliography list. What is a convenient way to organise in text references to this bibliography, in case I work with the text on several computers? It contains a list of literature sources, some list's members yet have no references in the text. I have a text document under development.
